We want you to love your Timbuk2 bag, but if it's not the perfect fit, we accept returns on new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customized items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up your purchase history.
Select Items
Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason to help us improve our gear.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
